Participation in the scientific and practical conference “National Repository of Academic Texts and Digital Services of Open Science”, which took place March 15, 2019 in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The issues of digital services of open science and information systems with free access to full texts of dissertations, Research and Development, journal archives, etc. were considered. Employees of the Institute raised questions about the information security of information systems and compliance with the rules of the CSCI, despite the openness of the system.
