FlashTest – a project for the creation and implementation in most expert technical centers of Ukraine and other countries of benches for testing various electronic equipment for spark and explosion safety in accordance with the requirements of ДСТУ ЕN 60079-11:2017 (EN 60079-11:2012, IDT; IEC 60079-11:2011, IDT). The stand includes an explosion chamber with a spark-forming mechanism, electromagnetic valves for controlling gas flows, a vacuum pump, a vacuum sensor, and an electronic unit. All operating modes of the bench are controlled by a PC-compatible computer. The state of the main components of the stand is displayed on the display in the form of a mnemonic diagram and the necessary digital parameters. Tests are carried out automatically under the control of special software. The development will make it possible to certify technological lines of existing industries and significantly improve their safety.

LiftsTest – The project of adapting meters for kinematic and dynamic parameters of elevators (IKPL-M3) to solve new problems. In previous years, these devices were developed by the authors of the project and introduced at most of the expert-technical centers and a number of elevator-building enterprises in Ukraine (30 pcs.). In connection with the large-scale destruction of urban infrastructure in many cities, the issue of urgent and extensive emergency and restoration work, including elevator equipment, escalators, cable cars, etc., is relevant. It is planned to increase the accuracy of measurements, speed up and improve the manufacturability of preparatory work procedures by completing the meters with new mounting kits, a significant expansion of the functionality of the meters by implementing the registration of accompanying events. The updated equipment provides a full-fledged, comprehensive diagnostics of elevator equipment.

WaveParametricPipeLineLeakDetection is the development and implementation of a new complex method for determining the coordinates of damage to urban underground pipelines of water supply and heating networks. The original thermo-acoustic leak detector, parametric wave correlation leak detector and multi-parameter probe are used. The technique should allow to significantly increase the productivity and reliability of accurate detection of leak coordinates, to eliminate errors. The consumers of the new hardware and software complex will be the operating and repair services of the municipal economy. In post-war conditions, the urgency of accelerating work to restore urban infrastructure and reduce costs is increasing.

The original numerical methods of modelling allow to include as typical any of the elements of a system with a monotonous flow rate characteristic of pressure loss. The tees are modelled taking into account arbitrary fluid flows in the branches of the node. It is possible to process an arbitrary number of pumps, the characteristics of which are specified in tabular form. The model is adapted and used in the calculation of aircraft fuel systems.
